Admission/Termination
Good Times Day Camp is available for boys and girls in grade levels kindergarten through 5th Grade. Registration forms for Good Times Day Camp will be reviewed for admittance in the order they are received. Registration forms will be accepted via mail or physical drop off at our facility. Forms must be completed in full with the non-refundable registration fee of $30.00. In the case that the program fills to capacity, registration forms received after the program is full will be held and reviewed if and when any vacancies become available. Payments of cash or checks for the $30.00 registration fee will be accepted with no refunds. Once admitted into the program parents reserve the right to remove their child from the program for any reason. Good Times Day Camp requires a one week notice before a child may be removed from the program.
Tuition
Good Times Day Camp’s tuition is based on attendence. Each day attendence will be taken and tallied at the end of each month. Prices are listed below:

Normal School Day: $15.00
Early Out Day: $20.00
Teacher Work Day: $25.00

Statements will be e-mailed at the end of each month with the total days your child attended. You will not be required to pay for any day that your child is absent for any reason. All payments are due by the 10th of each month. For any payments turned in late you will be required to pay a $5.00 late fee. After the first day, you will be charged $1.00 per business day for everyday your payment is late. All payments may be made by cash or check only. If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, you will be required to pay a $30.00 penalty.
Program Schedule
Good Times Day Camp follows the Lenoir County Public School schedule. Please click here for a calendar. Pick up from Banks Elementary School will take place where the school buses load children. Once we arrive to our facility, the children will put their book backs up and we will have snack. Once children finish their snack, they will start on their homework. We will check their folders/agendas and make sure all of their assignments are completed. If your child/children require extra work, specific studies, or if you perfer to complete work at home, please contact the camp director.

Once children have completed their work and their folders have been checked, they will be allowed to enter the game room and gym for group games and free play activities. If your child attends Mooves Dance Studio, we will have a dance schedule posted on our bulletin board at our entrance. Please be sure to check and make any corrections if necessary to ensure your child is on time for all dance classes.

On normal school days, we will arrive at our facility around 3:00pm each day. All pick-ups must be made by 6:00pm. For each day your child is picked up late, there will be a $5.00 fee added to your next statement.
